Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

Zeovid is intended for lawful, non-exploitative, and commercially responsible creative use. This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may not create, upload, request, or distribute through the service.

Prohibited Content

You may not use Zeovid to create, transform, upload, request, store, or distribute any of the following:

• NSFW, sexual, adult, pornographic, explicit nude, or sexually suggestive content
• Content involving minors or young-looking persons in sexualized, exploitative, or otherwise unsafe contexts
• Non-consensual sexual content, intimate abuse material, sexual violence, incest, or bestiality
• Deepfakes, face-swaps, impersonation, or non-consensual face manipulation that misleads, exploits, harasses, or harms others
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights
• Illegal, fraudulent, hateful, violent, harassing, or otherwise abusive content

Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to evade, probe, or bypass moderation, safety, payment, account, or rate-limit controls
• Submitting prompts, files, or workflows on behalf of others without proper rights, consent, or authorization
• Using automation, scraping, reverse engineering, resale, or unauthorized commercial exploitation of the service
• Using Zeovid in violation of applicable law, regulatory requirements, or third-party provider rules

Moderation and Enforcement

Zeovid uses automated moderation and safety systems before generation and may review related service activity to enforce this policy.

• Prompts and related inputs may be screened before generation or processing
• Flagged or denied requests may be blocked without being processed
• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate this policy or attempt to bypass safety controls

User Responsibility

• You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, instructions, and outputs associated with your account
• You must have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed to upload or use any source material
• You must obtain consent where required and may not use Zeovid to exploit, deceive, or impersonate real people

Violations

If you violate this policy, we may block the request, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate your account, and take any other action reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, and the service.
