Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Zeovid and related services available at https://zeovid.com. Zeovid is operated by Yongkun Chen in China. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Use of the Service

Zeovid provides AI-powered tools and related services for generating, transforming, managing, storing, and accessing media and associated content. You may use the service only in compliance with these Terms, all applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, and third-party service requirements. We may screen prompts, uploads, and related inputs using automated moderation and safety systems before generation or processing.

User Accounts and Registration

Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use, suspected compromise, or other security incident involving your account.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

Zeovid, including its software, interface, branding, workflows, and underlying service design, is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Zeovid service or its underlying technology to you.

• You retain rights you may have in content you upload to the service, subject to the rights you grant us and any rights or restrictions imposed by applicable law and third-party providers involved in processing that content.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases necessary to upload, process, generate, publish, or otherwise use content through Zeovid.
• Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purposes.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Zeovid in any of the following ways:

• Uploading, generating, storing, or distributing unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or otherwise prohibited content
• Generating, requesting, uploading, or distributing NSFW, sexual, adult, pornographic, explicit nude, sexually suggestive, or sexually exploitative content, including content involving minors or young-looking persons
• Creating or attempting to create incest, bestiality, non-consensual sexual content, sexual violence, or any exploitative intimate content
• Creating deepfakes, face-swaps, impersonation content, or non-consensual face manipulation intended to mislead, harass, defraud, or exploit any person
• Violating the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of Zeovid, our users, or third parties
• Attempting to bypass security features, rate limits, account restrictions, payment controls, moderation systems, or technical protections
• Interfering with or disrupting the service, infrastructure, APIs, networks, or connected providers
• Using bots, scraping tools, automation, or other methods in a manner not authorized by us
• Reverse engineering, copying, reselling, sublicensing, or exploiting the service except as expressly permitted by law or by us in writing

Privacy and Data Processing

Your use of Zeovid involves the processing of several categories of data, including:

• Account and authentication data, including session and security information
• Uploaded content, prompts, AI generation settings, and generated outputs
• Payment, order, subscription, and billing records
• Technical, device, diagnostic, and anti-abuse information
• Communications and service-related support records

Pricing and Payments

• You agree to pay all fees, charges, taxes, and applicable amounts associated with your selected plan, credits, subscription, or other paid features.
• Prices, plans, credits, features, and eligibility rules may change from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, changes apply prospectively.
• Recurring plans may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable subscription settings and billing rules.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once services, credits, or subscription benefits have been delivered or made available.
• Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms, billing rules, verification procedures, and processing requirements.

Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, attempted to generate prohibited content, bypassed moderation or safety controls, created risk or legal exposure, failed to pay amounts due, engaged in abuse or fraud, or otherwise harmed the service, users, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Zeovid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, output accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or that generated outputs will meet your expectations, be unique, or be suitable for any legal, commercial, or creative purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeovid and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or content arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid to Zeovid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Indemnification

You agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zeovid and its operator from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any law or third-party right.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in China.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may post the updated Terms on the service, update the date above, or provide notice by other reasonable means. By continuing to use Zeovid after the updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
